Our Policies
We aim to be an outstanding partner for our clients and an a world class employer for our people. As a responsible business we have implemented a number of key policies to ensure that officers, employees and associates of the firm are consistent in their approach to certain key aspects.

We have documented and adopted the following key policies:

	Health and safety policy	To ensure that our employees, client staff and members of the public are adequately protected from harm and that we have a clear process should an adverse event occur.
	Equal opportunities policy	We are a people oriented business and we firmly believe in being an equal opportunities employer. We believe there are benefits to both our clients and ourselves in supporting diversity and providing opportunity through the recruitment and training of our staff members.
	Quality assurance policy	The maintenance of quality throughout our service offerings and internally is integral to our continued success as a business. This policy supports the regular review processes required to ensure our service standards remain high.
	Environmental policy	Increasingly we recognise as a business the need to minimise our own, our clients and our suppliers detrimental impact on the environment. We have adopted policies to minimise this covering energy consumption and waste ensuring we maximise the opportunities to recycle and ensure our business is sustainable.
